The Vineyards is home to some of the most beautiful weddings held in San Antonio. More than 500 ceremonies have been performed in our covered, open-air pavilion, surrounded by grapevines, rosebushes and native plantings. Booking a wedding at The Vineyards also takes much of the typical stress out of planning the big day, because Owner, Bill Greer, can act as your free Wedding Coordinator! We can book the food and alcohol, limo, floral, DJ, and offer photography referrals for the bride, greatly reducing your "to-do" lists. Bill is a calming influence during the wedding preparations and ceremony, and The Vineyards' staff takes care of every wedding detail, down to packing up the wedding gifts for your exit! Bill's wife, Angie, is the in-house Floral Designer, and creates all of the beautiful bouquets and indoor/outdoor arrangements onsite. Whether you bring in pictures of floral designs you love or just tell Bill your color scheme and let us design everything, you’re sure to be delighted with the results! Pictures of arrangements, bouquets and more may be found on The Vineyards website. You may rent one room or book the entire restaurant for the wedding, and we can host events for up to 225 guests. Pictures and testimonials, menus and more may be found on the website at www.thevineyards.org.
When it comes to outstanding food, The Vineyards Restaurant delivers. Tender, juicy steaks and Prime Rib, fresh seafood such as Seared Ahi Tuna or Chilean Sea Bass, Rack of Lamb, delicious pasta dishes, and homemade desserts like Creme Brulee and Vanilla Bean cheesecake, keep customers coming back for more. Naturally at a place named "The Vineyards", wine plays a large part of the dining experience. Well-known names are available as well as highly-allocated wines from smaller, "boutique" wineries, offering something for everyone. The staff is educated yet friendly, and attentive yet discreet.
Located just 1/2 mile north of Natural Bridge Caverns, The Vineyards Restaurant is closer than you might think. Nestled in the beautiful hills between Bulverde and Garden Ridge, the restaurant glows at night from thousands of twinkling lights, and is easily accessible from Hwy 281, IH-35, or even Nacogdoches and Loop 1604. The winding roads allow time to relax from a hectic work week, and while business casual attire is suggested, it is more important to the folks at The Vineyards that you are comfortable and have a great time. Rustic elegance, delicious steaks, seafood, pasta, homemade desserts, a wine list that's easy to navigate, and attentive, friendly service will make you want to visit often. Reservations are strongly recommended! Please call (830) 980-8033.
The Vineyards offers 3 different party rooms as well as an outdoor pavilion to create the perfect setting for any event. The indoor rooms can accommodate between 25 and 45 guests and the Vineyard Pavilion can host an event up to 150. If you are interested in larger receptions or corporate functions, the entire restaurant may be reserved to accommodate as many as 250 guests. Menu pricing is used for most events (Sunday through Thursday) and we are willing to work with most budgets. Friday and Saturday nights and some holidays require larger budgets due to the difference in restaurant volume. Most banquet reservations require a 10% deposit (nonrefundable). The Vineyards Pavilion is also the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies. The Restaurant's active vineyard and rose garden surrounds the pavilion and are in bloom late March through November.
Our facility is unique in that it offers indoor/outdoor possibilities without the threat of inclement weather. At the Vineyards Restaurant we pride ourselves in offering a superior level of service and a hands-on approach to guide you through your important wedding decisions. Please call us at (830) 980-8033 for pricing information.
