1st Course- Food and Wine pairing
Tomato Crustinis – toasted sourdough bread slices topped with tomato, artichoke, olive oil, and Italian spices.

Salmon Carpaccia – smoked salmon slices served on fresh sourdough bread with brie, cracked black pepper and a spicy zip of poblano peppers.
Paired with Ferrari- Carano Fume Blanc, Sonoma
2nd Course- Food and Wine Pairing
Southwestern Ahi Tuna Eggroll- sushi grade ahi tuna egg-roll cooked to medium rare and served with avocado cucumber slaw, soy cilantro cream sauce and topped with wasabi aioli.
Paired with Meiomi Sonoma Pinot Noir, California
3rd Course- Food and Wine Pairing
Country Pate- A modern twist to a European classic. A mixture of pork and beef served pate style, wrapped in prosciutto and served warm with artisan bread, Dijon mustard, French sweet pickles, black olives, sliced red onions, and soft ripened goat cheese topped with a sundried tomato pesto.
