VINTNER'S DINNER

Along with an exquisite Four-course meal, a wine presentation will accompany each course.
As we await the arrival of all our guests during a brief social, we will feature Trevisiol Prosecco Veneto with Sugared Strawberries.
1st Course: Chalk Hill Estate Chardonnay- served with Seared Ahi Tuna over a Ginger-Shiitake Cream Sauce and Jasmine Rice
2nd Course: Sequana Sarmento Pinot Noir- served with Chicken Fried Cornish Game Hen, Southwestern Cornbread Stuffing and Fresh Roasted Hatch Green Chile Sauce.
3rd Course: Simi “Landslide” Cabernet 2005- served with Pecan Crusted Lamb Chops topped with Veal Peppercorn Demiglaze and Mushroom Risotto.
4th Course: Mount Veeder Estate Cabernet 2006 -served with Aged Filet of Beef Tenderloin and a Cranberry Port Wine Sauce and Sweet Gorgonzola.
5th Course: Crème Brulee’ served with coffee.
Cost is $75/person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are held with a credit card ($20 per person cancellation/no-show fee will apply.)

WEDDING PROPOSALS, ANNIVERSARY & BIRTHDAYS
Thinking of proposing to your special someone? Make it a night she'll always remember with our "Vineyards Romance Package." Or are you celebrating a special anniversary or birthday? We can make it something really memorable with a private, candlelit table in the vineyard for dessert. Flowers and/or champagne may also be added. Seating will be very limited.
